Despite its Italian translation, Spuntino Pizzeria offers much more than a “little snack.” Though on-the-go options such as pizza slices, mini calzones, and Italian cookies are prepared each morning, on the whole, Spuntino offers hearty portions served with a smile. Spuntino essentially defines authenticity. If you stop by on a Tuesday, Spuntino will pay your sales tax. If wings are your thing, hop in on Wednesdays, for fifty-cent buffalo wings (with a six piece minimum order.) “Thirsty Thursdays” offer two-dollar beers, glasses of wine for $4.00, and complimentary soft drinks. And to end the week sweetly, every table with a $15.00 check total after 4 pm receives a free piece of tiramisu.
