Business Philosophy

Provide adequate and quality time and consideration to all customers and employees of the Bank. Every person is to be treated with integrity and respect. As a Chief Credit Officer, I interact with new and existing customers of the Bank, as well as, our staff. My interactions with these groups of individuals will always be on a professional basis and will provide the quality service they desire and the respect they deserve. By communicating with integrity and respect, I can help our customers become more knowledgeable and successful. I try to keep in mind the more successful our customers are, the more successful we are and we will both ultimately benefit through the growth of our local communities.

Everywhere I drive in our Community, I can point out businesses we have assisted in their financial matters. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you were a part of making someone’s business better. There is no award I could ever win that would make me more proud than hearing the many success stories our customers have shared.

Goals

The goal is to build the best business bank in Southern California. If we help make our customers successful, there is no limit to how much we can grow and how much success we can achieve. We plan to build the entire Bank on referrals from satisfied customers.

My job is to facilitate the granting of credit, generating quality loans for the Bank, while fulfilling the needs of our customers. A lot of what I do is education, letting people know what a bank can and can’t do. Education and training is also extended to the Staff of the Bank in an effort to keep all employees abreast of banking regulations, new and existing.

Community Accolades

As I am visiting potential and existing customers of the Bank, I am constantly hearing from these individuals the many compliments about the Bank they hear in their daily work interactions. These compliments may be as simple as a greeting from the Bank Staff or to comment on the exemplary service the Bank delivers.

Mentor

I would have to say Mentors, plural. I’ve had the opportunity to work for a couple of great banking teams here in Southwest Riverside County. My mentors are my peers and co-workers. I’ve been fortunate working with these professional and talented individuals.
