Tamda Medical Management has signed a lease for ±1,890 square feet at Murrieta Springs Professional Center located at 24910 Las Brisas Drive, Murrieta. Rob Crisell & Mary Piper of Lee & Associates represented both Lessor and Lessee in this transaction.

Goodwill signed a 10 year lease for 11,284 SF in the Vail Ranch Town Square project on Highway 79 in Temecula.  There are going to be the largest anchor tenant in the center. Projected opening July 2010.  Dorn and Company represented the lessee in this transaction

Asian Ranch Market signed a 10 year lease for 6,000 SF at the Madison Marketplace. They will be one of the larger anchor tenants in the center.  Projected opening June-July 2010.

Z Sushi  located at 29910 Murrieta Hot Springs Road renegotiated their lease for 2,000 SF for 5 years.  Dorn & Co. Commercial Lease Advisor and the Lease Doctor represented the lessee in this transaction.
