The Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® has taken advantage of becoming a first time buyer.

The Sterling Building at 26529 Jefferson Avenue Murrieta will become the new home for the Board of REALTORS® after completion of a remodel expected to be done some time in August, 2010.

The purchase of a permanent home has been a desire of the board for many years but until recently was not financially possible. The silver lining of the current recession is the opportunity for so many to buy their first home that in the past had been priced out of reach. Any one that knows the real estate market knows that it is cyclical. With current values and interest rates the time is right to make that dream of home ownership become a reality.
