Wendy Whitelaw has been in the real estate industry since the beginning of 2002 where she started her career with Century 21. She was named ‘Rookie of the Year’ and has earned ‘Top Producer’ awards every year thereafter.  Wendy has handled hundreds of transactions successfully and has learned all aspects of the real estate industry. Her mission was always the same, to contribute to as many buyers and sellers by empowering them with the knowledge they need, to make the most important Real Estate decisions.

With each change in the market Wendy was able to anticipate those changes and stay in the stream of business.  As a trainer and coach, Wendy mentored hundreds of agents through successful business strategies.  She also created and led a REO buyer certification seminar.  In this seminar, asset managers and several REO listing agents contribute to the content and participation.

As Wendy has transitioned into management with First Team Real Estate in Temecula, her enthusiasm has not changed.   She is currently the Chair of Education for the YPN and really enjoys her roll helping the young Realtor stay at the top of their game. The YPN is about bringing together a network of like-minded Young Professionals dedicated to the enrichment of the Real Estate industry.
